How does delivery work?

We deliver locally, with the fee based on your distance from our store. Enter your address at checkout to see if delivery is available in your area and what the delivery fee will be.

We currently deliver to Nirvana, Ivy Park, Rainbow Park, with more areas to follow.

Can I collect my order in store?

Yes. At checkout choose collection and we let you know once your order is ready. Collections are at our main branch, 15 Mangaan Street, Superbia, Polokwane, 0699.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments by credit or debit card, and EFT (bank transfer). Business account holders can also send an order as a quotation. All prices include VAT.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. An account lets you track orders, save your details for next time and order again in one click.

How do I get business prices online?

Register your business in store first: you get an in-store account number. Then register on the website with that number. Once we approve the account, you see your business prices when you sign in, and can order by product code and request quotations.

Where do I find my account number?

Ask your sales rep, or look at a previous invoice (under "Account") or quotation (before your business name).
