Orders and prices
Prices are in South African Rand and include VAT. Specials are valid for the dates shown or while stocks last, and we may limit quantities on specials. An order is accepted once we confirm it by email or WhatsApp. If a price on the website is clearly wrong we will contact you before processing the order.
Stock and substitutions
All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock we contact you before substituting it; you are never charged for an item you did not receive.
Payment
Online payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details. Orders paid by EFT are packed once the payment reflects. Pay-on-delivery orders are paid in full to the driver or at collection.

Age-restricted products
Products restricted by law are sold only to customers aged 18 or older and may require proof of age on delivery or collection.
Returns

Product images are for illustration; packaging may change. We work to keep the website available and accurate but cannot guarantee it is free of errors at all times.
